This Online Form is to enable you to supply information to the IBR about any lost, found, stolen or dead bird. The more information you can provide the better the chance we have of tracing the keeper. Once a lost bird has been reported it remains on the system until we are told otherwise. If your bird is found you will be the first person we contact.
